Lehigh assistant coach Tom Compitello '11 (left) has lead the Lehigh offense to scoring over 11 goals per game and a 12-4 record.

Lehigh is also coached by former SB assistant Kevin Cassesse, and assistants Brendan Callahan '07 and Errol Wilson '06.

Lehigh head coach Kevin Cassesse said Tom Compitello '11 at SB: "... was the quarterback of one of the most potent offensive units college lacrosse has seen this decade. He was a balanced player, a game day manager."

In 2012, Adam Rand '11 won 185 of 345 draws and lead the team with 55 ground balls.  Cooke wrote that "Rand’s continuing domination at the X will be critical" for the Bayhawks.

Rich Misiano '90 stands in front of his dedicated locker.  Each dedicated locker, to be used by the varsity, now has a plaque reflecting the name of the donors and a short message.

Rob Emmerich, the Associate Athletic Director for External Services, toured the alums around the locker room on Alumni Day on 4/27/13.  The donors and alums were able to see their dedicated lockers and take photographs.


Bob Henry '88 has been one of the most active contributors to the program.  Phase One of the Locker Room Project raised over $40,000 for SB Lacrosse. 

Special thanks to alums and donors in attendance: Matt Campolettano '02Bob Henry '88, Hunter Greene '05, Sean Chamberlain '07, Christian Chamberlain '94, Richard Misiano '90, and Jim Hughes '93.  


Head coach Jim Nagle dedicated a locker for former head coach John Espey, who coached SB for 17 seasons and its first AE Championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2002.


Also special thanks to those who have participated in the project but could not be present, including: Wayne Olan '84, Glenn Kaminska '93, Kevin Pall '02, Adam Rand '10, Michael Poch '05, and Dennis Nafte '03.

-SB Lacrosse held its 2013 Alumni Game at LaValle Stadium, which included over 40 alumni in attendance, spanning from the Class of 1978 to the Class of 2012.

Before the contest, the team was given a guided tour through the facilities, including a tour of the Locker Room Project, a large-scale fundraiser for the program.



For Phase One of the Locker Room Project, participants were assigned a locker dedicated to their efforts, complete with a plaque and message of their choice above each locker.

Later, the Alumni suited up for an hour-long contest in LaValle Stadium.

The Red Team went on to defeat the White Team by a score of 6-5 to win the 2013 Alumni Game.


Chris Gignilliat '10 (#9) knocks down a pass in the crease.  Tom Bushy '01 (in goal) was brilliant in the cage for the Red Team and was awarded the game ball for his performance.





Jeff Capri '89 (in goal), an attackman, stepped in cage once again, turning away all shots except six.


The Organization thanks all of the participating alums for their continued support, and also Associate Athletic Director for External Services Rob Emmerich and Coach Nagle for their efforts.

Following the game, alums were invited into the VIP Suite in LaValle Stadium for refreshments and dinner.  The Varsity took on the Albany Great Danes, but fell by a score of 21-12.

Miguel Maysonet was projected to be chosen late in the NFL Draft, but instead signed with the Eagles as a free agent shortly after the draft.
